3.1 Account Types

We offer two types of accounts:

• Temporary Accounts: Anonymous accounts created automatically when you upload a statement. Data is retained temporarily.
• Full Accounts: Registered accounts with email and password. Your data is permanently stored and accessible across devices.

3.2 Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Providing accurate and current information

4. User Data and Privacy

4.1 Data You Provide

When using our service, you may upload financial documents (bank statements) and provide personal information. You retain all ownership rights to your data.

4.2 Data Processing

We process your financial data to provide our services. This includes:

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to:

7. Disclaimers and Limitations

7.1 No Financial Advice

Financial Helper provides tools for analyzing your financial data but does NOT provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Any insights or recommendations generated by our service are for informational purposes only. You should consult with qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

7.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee that the service will be:

• Available at all times without interruption
• Free from errors or bugs
• Secure from unauthorized access
• Compatible with all devices or browsers

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FINANCIAL HELPER SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
• Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
• Any financial decisions made based on our service
• Unauthorized access to your data

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is greater.

10. Termination
